The house is situated in the beautiful green neighborhood of Coquitlam with street views. Modern and cozy one-bedroom suite just 3 minutes drive away from Coquitlam center and the sky train station, near restaurants, bars, shopping, coffee shops, groceries, and all the other amenities that Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody have to offer.
Plenty of street parking is available. Evergreen Line Coquitlam Skytrain Station and West Coast Express Station ( about 30 min to downtown, with 1 stop only ) is 10 mins walking distance away. The 169 bus stop to Braid sky train station and Coquitlam Skytrain Station is just down the road.
