Steve and Michelle were fantastic hosts. The accommodation is pristine and very comfortable - great bed, lovely bathroom, and substantial TV room. Breakfast was a lovely bonus too, and surpassed expectations. Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time we have stayed at Steve’s place and we would definitely recommend. Spotlessly clean and the ( continental style) breakfast is lovely. Steve maintains contact prior to the stay and is on hand if there are any issues. Can’t fault it and will stay again when next visiting family.

Stayed here 1 night whilst we visited family. The accommodation is lovely! Had the top floor of the house to ourselves with private bathroom, bedroom, cosy lounge and kitchen facilities. Everything was spotless, lovely and warm. Excellent communication. Will definitely stay here again. Couldn’t fault anything.

Steve and Michelle are a lovely couple who make you feel welcome and at ease from first setting foot on their property. The Loft itself is located in a very quite area, and is an immaculate place to stay. The lounge and bedroom are both very comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Steve and Michelle very kindly provided a lovely breakfast delivered to our room, consisting of a selection of pastry’s, fresh orange juice, still water and a jar filled with mixed fruit, granola, and natural yogurt. There was also tea and coffee available, along with a selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks in the fridge. It is an ideal base for anyone visiting Nottingham or Derby. We would highly recommend the Loft to anyone visiting the area.

I had a wonderful welcome from Steve, despite being a little later than anticipated. Everything was explained really clearly and a key was given to me to come and go as I needed. I was made to feel at home immediately, and the beautiful bedroom, living area and bathroom were all spotlessly clean! Tea and coffee was there, plus fresh milk in the fridge, there were also some cold drinks available, and a microwave and crockery/cutlery. Breakfast though was truly wonderful, I felt so full of goodies I had to lie down for 10 minutes, plus it was delivered fresh to my bedroom on door on the dot. I highly recommend this lovely place with such nice hosts, and would very much hope to stay again some time. Thank you.
