We stayed at 2 of Gg's location due to water disruption at our initial intended booking. Gg was kind enough to put us up at a higher tier location they had for 1 night and helped move and pack the fridge. All the amenities and location were on point and above and beyond. One issue we did have with the first location - were ants, lots of ants - we informed Gg and team and they will get it taken care of in the future. At the second location - the venue was as described and accessible - kids loved the pool. The amenities were lacking -the microwave wasn't working, one of the door on the top floor was malfunctioning and we were locked in. We shared the feedback with Gg and they will have it taken care of too

The home was the perfect size for our group of 16 people. Although the bathrooms needed a little TLC, everything else was fine. We were woken up in the middle of the night due to nearby animal noises, but nothing loud enough for it to be a concern. The host assigned to this property was very communicative, responsive, and generous. After knowing that some of us had arrived from the US, she greeted us with famous Ipoh pastries—thank you! I would recommend this property to other Airbnbs guests.
