Eric was an excellent host – very polite, responsive, and helpful – he even brought me an umbrella to our meeting point because I arrived on a rainy day. His apartment was clean, cozy and perfectly equipped. I honestly cannot think of anything that would be missing. I also appreciated the location of Eric’s apartment – close to an MRT station (Songjiang Nanjing), surrounded by great restaurants and convenience stores, and yet in a quite neighbourhood where you don’t get disturbed by outside noises at night. I can recommend this place and Eric as a host to everybody! Very pleasant experience.

My partner and I stayed at Eric’s apartment for 1 month during our trip to Taipei. Eric’s apartment is centrally and conveniently located between two train stations. The apartment was spacious for two individuals. It came equipped with amenities including shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, towels, utensils, hot water boiler, pots and pans for cooking, dish soap, a fridge, cleaning supplies, and a vacuum. The TV was equipped with an HDMI cord. It was the perfect place for us to call home for 30 days while we explored Taiwan. There’s also an affordable gym across the main street called More Fit where we frequented from Eric’s apartment. Many local cafes, restaurants, 7-11, Family Mart, parks, and markets within walking distance! The apartment is surprisingly located within a quiet area and we felt very safe (we had quiet neighbours whom we never encountered). We did not encounter any issues while residing here. We highly recommend staying at Eric’s place for long-term! We will be back!

Eric's apartment is located in a very central location, right next to the Songjiang Nanjing station and multiple bus routes that should easily get you to anywhere you need to go in Taipei. Close to many restaurants/cafes as well. Eric was very communicative and check-in was flexible, he was waiting for me as I arrived to give me the keys to the apartment as well as a quick tour. All basic amenities are provided including shampoo/body wash, a small kitchenette, washer/dryer, hairdryer, microwave, single stove and basic kitchen tools. The apartment is small but for the price and location, it's acceptable. Note that the bathroom ceiling is low, anyone above 186cm would find it a bit uncomfortable. Eric is very helpful if you reach out to him and will go out of his way to assist you the best he can. I was even allowed to check-out way past the check-out time on my departure date since my flight was in the evening. Would stay here again!

Eric was such a wonderful host! He was very responsive and hospitable throughout our stay. The unit had everything we needed; a desk, a small sofa, a washer/dryer, cooking area and tools. The location was great as it allowed easy access to other parts of the city via MRT and buses. Thank you for everything Eric! Would love to stay here again :)

Eric is very accommodating and communicative person. The place is clean and continent close to 松江南京 station with two 捷運 lines.
