The house was beautiful the pictures did it no justice the host was very nice and responded to me rite away the house was very clean and well maintained with everything you may need I will definitely be booking again

Eric’s home looked exactly like the pictures, the place was clean and felt extremely homelike. The beds in this home are so comfortable and each room was perfect for me and my guest. I would recommend this place and would definitely book again

Eric was amazing, responsive and helpful. The place was decorated and furnished nicely. The house had several security features. however, this area of Philly is not the safest. I would strongly urge single women and young families not to stay here. Parking is limited so we walked 2 blocks in the dark and were harassed. This is not Eric's fault, he was helpful. The house smelled heavily from a previous tenant's marijuana usage. so towels and linens had to be washed to be usable. This made the first day rough and the next 2 days waiting for the smell to dissipate disappointing.
