The location for us was great. The house was comfortable but a bit pricey. Tracey was quick to respond to our questions, very helpful.

Of all the places I stay, this is my favorite and Tracy is my favorite most awesome host. If you’re going to Dale Hollow for fishing this is the perfect place. Plenty of boat parking. The north entrance of Beason road is easier access than the south. This was my second stay and I can’t wait to go back. I won’t consider any other place. Thanks, Tracy.

At the very last minute we needed a place to stay and Tracy was extremely quick with a response. The place was ready and waiting for us. The house was clean and furnished with everything we needed for a multi day stay. Will definitely stay again. Response time was so fast we inquired, booked and were onsite within 1 hour! :)
