We stayed here for three months, and loved it. Near the center, and walking distance to almost everything. Perfect location, loved the area. Valery was easy to communicate with, responded fast and helped us if we needed anything. Really recommends the apartment.

The apartment is exactly as described. The space was comfortable and the elevator always worked. It was virtually quiet. Valerie was a good host. I would recommend her as a host.

wifi and tv did not work properly multiple attempts to correct screamed at by owner still awaiting partial credit originally declined by owner slow bathroom and kitchen drain bathroom has plumbing odour mattress cover and duvet stained drunks congregate at bus stop directly in front of building panhandling great central location walking distance to everything building has rare lift/elevator apt/flat newly renovated/refurbished clean building bright faces courtyard with nursery school if noise sensitive toddlers play in courtyard early am
