Breathtaking panorama. Prestigious building on the seafront. A few steps from Piazza del Plebiscito, Monte Echia, Quartieri Spagnoli, Napoli Sotterranea, San Gregorio Armeno, Cappella San Severo. Seventh floor with elevator. A bedroom, a bathroom, living room with double sofa bed, kitchen, dining area. Balcony overlooking the sea with table. We keep the luggage. Walking distance hydrofoils/ferry to Capri, Ischia, Procida, Amalfi, Positano, Aeolian, Ponza/Ventotene, Sicily and Sardinia The accommodation is located in a prestigious building on the Naples seafront. With 24-hour concierge service. The apartment has: - super fast Wi-Fi connection, 2 Smart TVs, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning. - living room with kitchen, sofa bed (double) and 4-seater table with a large balcony on the Naples seafront, with a breathtaking view. - the kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and necessary utensils. - large balcony, directly on the sea, with a thrilling, livable panorama, with table and chairs. - master double bedroom. - bathroom with shower, hair dryer and towels. - coffee machine for a neapoletain caffè (Moka) - vacuum

Absolutely worth staying! Place, location, cleanliness, view, and everything else! We were here for a short trip but we will surely come again for a longer stay to get the most out of it

Dall’appartamento si ha una prospettiva bellissima di Napoli: alloggiare qui è già un’esperienza. Gli host sono gentilissimi, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità e la vista dal balconcino è pazzesca! Tornerò sicuramente perché sono stata benissimo.

Vista stupenda dal balcone affacciato sul golfo di Napoli. Ottimo host e poi Gino ha fatto di tutto per farci sentire a nostro aggio.

What an exceptional apartment. Located on the 7th floor, the apartment may have one of the best views of the Napoli Harbour in all of Napoli. Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento and Capri fill the view from the balcony. The apartment was perfect for our family trip allowing for a super comfortable sofa bed in the living room and a very comfortable and large bed in the bedroom. It is also located quite close to all of the main tourist sites within Napoli either by foot or a reasonably close subway stop. The host Luigi and associate Gino were exceptional in their communication and in providing any assistance required. We arrived by air. They proactively organized very affordable transportation from the airport to the apartment. Importantly, the apartment is super secure with a 24/7 security guard at the entrance.

The apartment is located directly on the sea in the Santa Lucia district, a prestigious area of the city, full of restaurants and bars open until late in the evening. There are various supermarkets (also open on weekends and until late).
Among the main attractions near the apartment there is, 200 meters away, the Castel dell'Ovo with its Borgo Marinari. At 100 meters there is Piazza del Plebiscito with its Royal Palace. A few minutes walk away you can also find the brand new Monte Echia lift, the San Carlo Theatre, the historic center with its alleys, the Spanish quarters, the noble palaces. The Sansevero chapel, Spaccanapoli and San Gregorio Armeno are 15 minutes walking distance (amazing walk)

We are in a very central area where everything is within walking distance.
In any case, the building of our apartment has a private and guarded parking, available for a fee, upon reservation (from 25/30 Euro).
The Port, from where hydrofoils and ships leave for Capri, Ischia, Procida, Amalfi, Positano, the Aeolian Islands, Palermo, Ponza, Ventotene, Cagliari, Milazzo, is a 7/8 min walking distance away.
The closest Metro station is in Piazza Municipio (10 minutes on foot) but there is also that of Toledo (15 minutes on foot). To get to both there is a magnificent and very "Neapolitan" walk.
