With this spacious house you find plenty of room for a big family. It's also perfect for two families. The newly renovated kitchen is the heart of the house. Here hours are spent in the morning sun – eating, reading, playing games and enjoying the view to the garden, fields and sea. Every room has its own charm. I bought the house two years ago and love getting this old lady back in shape. You will love this house if you value authenticity, nostalgia, spaciousness and the Danish HYGGE. When I bought the house I knew this house was meant for bringing people together. I hope you will enjoy the house together with family or friends. It's an old house with thin walls and old flooring. So bring that in mind. You can't sneak around unnoticed upstairs ;) And for the light sleeper – you might consider bringing your earplugs. The washing machine is upstairs. You can put up your laundry outside or inside on a drying rack. Downstairs there is floor-heating in all rooms. Upstairs two rooms have radiators (district heating). and one room (the one with the balcony) has heating by wood stove only. Outside there is a barbeque grill and a small movable bonfire. (If the summer gets too hot, there might be a ban on using fire). The old water tower is of course accessible. It's safe as there is yet still no staircase. And kids are more than welcome to build their own little hut in there. Outside there is a big trampoline. It's not part of the rent. If you use it it's at your own risk.
