Nestled high up amongst iconic Norfolk Pines in a quiet location just one street back from the beach, this stylish 2 Bed apartment is the perfect base to chill on the balcony for afternoon drinks or take a leisurely stroll to the best local beaches, bars and cafes all on your doorstep. With super comfy beds, free off street parking, beach towels and wifi, this place is a real gem. With high raked ceilings and open plan living that connects effortlessly with the outdoor balcony, this place has a spacious and bright yet relaxing feel. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertainment with electric oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The bathroom includes a separate washer and dryer. Theres a comfy King size bed with large TV screen and Netflix, 2 comfy single beds that can be pushed together, all with quality linen for your enjoyment.

Situated in a fabulous location; close to the beach, railway station and local eateries. A well equipped, clean apartment which led to a very enjoyable stay in Cottesloe.
David’s place was lovely home away from home . Everything was perfect . Loved having beach towels . Was really nice to have extra bits and pieces in the kitchen that you could use if we needed

This is a delightful apartment, in a quiet area, close to the beach & easy walking to shops , a cafe and good restaurants.
Wir danken David für das prima Quartier in ruhiger Wohnlage. Es war möglich, ruhig und doch zentral zu wohnen. Fußläufig sind Bahn und Bus, Gaststätten und der Strand zu erreichen. In Cottesloe haben wir uns verliebt. Ein wunderbarer Vorstadtort mit herrlichem Strand. Parkplätze waren immer vorhanden. Danke auch Tammy für Ihre Informationen und rasche Hilfe vor Ort.

Located in a quiet location on the top floor of a well maintained 12 unit complex with friendly neighbourhood vibe. There is free unallocated onsite parking for one car. Plenty of additional parking space on the street.
No lift available in the complex so you need to be prepared to carry luggage to the second floor.
Centrally located and easy walking distance to local beaches, bars and cafes, short walk to Grant St train station that connects to Perth City and Fremantle. E-Bikes for hire at beachfront, not always available.
