This newly furnished contemporary house has four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living spaces plus a media room, a separate study/play area and ceiling fans and reverse cycle air conditioning in every room. As you enter our house, an open concept living area shares space with the generous kitchen and dining room. This area caters to indoor and outdoor living overlooking the in-ground pool. The inside dining area and outdoor lounge area become one when the extensive bi-fold doors are opened. The entry level also features two bedrooms including the master suite with ensuite and walk in robe, a huge media room, study/play area, a second bathroom and laundry. There are no steps on the ground level. Upstairs there are two additional bedrooms and a third bathroom with bathtub. There is also a generous living area with a Smart TV as well as a dining table where you can enjoy a cup of tea or play cards or board games. The living area flows onto a large balcony with outdoor table seating. Based on our own family travel experiences, we have tried to go above and beyond in furnishing our house with as many home comforts as possible.
