Our stay consisted of 10 ppl. Let me just say the house has potential. if the owners invest it could be a nice place to stay. Many things were wrong with this property. For future guests I hope that the central air is fixed. I would ask if they don’t mention because our group found out the hard way. I would advise you to bring extra fans because they will be needed throughout the whole house. Only one room had working AC and also had a problem with bugs. FYI, of you don't like bugs I would avoid this house. We also came across 2 snakes on the property. Some of the appliances were outdated, such as the microwave. We were unable to use the dishwasher. Some of the shower curtains had mold on them, and the bedding & furniture needed to be cleaned before we could sleep. The plus side was the pool. It kept us cool during those hot summer days. Honestly it was a life saver for us since the central air didn’t work. We were offered a 25% refund for each night due to all of our many mishaps.

Short Story: I would NEVER recommend this listing to anyone. I have stayed in Airbnb's all over the world and this was the worst experience I have ever had. Long Story: From the second we got to the property, there were problems. The biggest problem was that the AC was broken and it was over 90° Fahrenheit inside the house for 2 straight days (we have multiple infants and this was extremely dangerous). What was even more upsetting was that we were told that the AC had been broken for over two months at that point, and the owners decided NOT to tell us before our vacation dates. There were ants crawling on everything including the beds. Some of the ceiling fans were broken, which were supposed to be our only source of comfort (we had to purchase 3 big fans to survive). Also, the couch is broken and we were not informed, my pregnant sister leaned back on it and fell backwards. I cant stress enough to not stay here! Airbnb and the host were unhelpful throughout this experience.

We were without power for more than 5 hrs and I had 3 infants in the house who suffered tremendously especially me who has asthma! Our food got spoiled, we did not have water either my daughter almost suffered a heat stroke everything went wrong here! The AC did nog work Fans did not work the master bed was broken almost killed my 1 yr old because of how heavy it was

Evolve and the property host responded very quickly to any questions. The location was beautiful and very easy to find. Finding neighboring stores and food was very easy and about 20 minutes from the property, very accessible. Overall the property was big, there was also outdoor furniture provided by the pool, very useful. Around this time it gets very hot, would recommend to bring an additional fan.

The house is beautiful, but appointed with mostly dated furniture, light fixtures, air conditioning options and beds. All work - but All need updating. There are moths, ants, and other bugs in the house. They’re not as noticeable in the day but much more in the nighttime. Unfortunately, the highlight of my weekend which would have been the pool -was not working. It was freezing cold, despite having paid $40 in “pool heating” fees. I found out when I got there on 6/23 that it hadn’t been working since May, but never was I contacted or given other options. That would have made me cancel immediately. Hoping to be refunded soon. Decent rental, but certainly not worth the price-especially without a working pool.
