The property is a lovely house with outstanding views & good facilities. It does however need updating & some maintenance/decoration. The quality of the furnishings are not up to the impressions in the photographs and the cleaning team aren't as thorough as they might be....particularly with shower floors. Two weeks after checkout we are still awaiting the return of our deposit.

Lovely and awesome house. Very big, with big bedrooms for all our family. They were so happy to be there, even my grandmother and my children, is a perfect house for a family because you have all you need. Children in the pool very happy all day. The house has lovely views and Just 5 minutes away from the ocean walking. We were also near of the shops and port , i think a round 10 minutes walk. No complains about the house, all nice. We recommend this house very much.

Impressive house just 100 meters from the sea. We have felt very comfortable with my whole family. The house is impressive, very spacious, very bright with comfortable beds, the house is fully equiped. We were 2 families and lucky to have 2 kitchens because it was super useful. The air conditioning worked very well. The pool is very big and the children had a great time. We spent the day cooking on the outdoor barbecue and the children in the pool. The beach and the port of Alcudia are only 5 minutes away. I only have good words.
