Skateboards and helmets are provided for your use at the skatepark, as well as sleds for White Sands. This is a completely private, clean, and cozy music-inspired stay that is surrounded by parks and gorgeous mountain views! Please read the details in full prior to booking. The stay features a king-sized bed and one twin bed. The bathroom has a very large walk-in shower. There is a small dining table and a kitchenette. Towels, blow dryer, shampoo/body wash, and clothes iron are provided. The temperature is shared with the connected apartment, IF you need the air adjusted, please message me through the Airbnb app. There is a ceiling fan and a space heater provided for your comfort also. The kitchette features a microwave, mini fridge, freezer, a 16 oz cup coffee maker, blender, crockpot, and basic plates and cutlery are provided. There is no laundry access. Coffee is provided! Roku tv with free wifi and Hulu is provided, and feel free to play the guitar, ukulele, piano- keyboard. You may take the skateboards and helmets to the skatepark. Please return them after use. If you would like to take sand sleds to White Sands National Monument, I will provide them upon request. Please return them at the end of your stay. Comfortably play music, and enjoy the instruments that are provided, if you'd like. This is the perfect, peaceful spot for a songwriter, too. Smoking is permitted outside only.
