Welcome to our inviting, spacious room, ideal for up to 4 people (queen bed and sofa-bed for 2). With a private bathroom and nestled within a homely setting, it provides a comfortable stay whether you're traveling for leisure or work. We are sharing our home, and everything is thoughtfully arranged to provide comfort. Our house is located on a very calm street with plenty of parking spots. Additionally, the house has easy access to public transportation, with a bus stop nearby that is just a 20-minute ride to the orange metro line. From there, you can reach downtown Montreal or the Old Port in a maximum of 30 minutes. You'll have access through the main entrance, and we share the kitchen on the first floor. It's important to note that we use the kitchen in the morning, usually between 7 and 8 am. Guests are invited to join us with no problem, but despite our best efforts to be quiet, you may hear a little bit of noise in the morning. The guest room is in the basement, where there is a door with a key, so you can lock it when you leave. The basement is spacious, furnished with a queen bed, a sofa-bed, a TV (for connecting your cellphone or computer), a table, and an exclusive bathroom. You'll have the privacy you need to rest and be ready for the next day.
