Recently renovated, modern 2 floor, 2 bed 1 bath gem on a quiet Salem, NH street! Sleeps 6 (2 queen beds, 1 pullout couch). Unwind in a cozy living room with recessed lighting, new floors, and a subway-tiled kitchen w ample space. Just a stone's throw away from Canobie Lake Park, Tuscan Village, & MGH, and only 35-40 min from Boston! With ample free parking on-premises you won't have to worry about finding a spot. Bring your furry friend along, as pets are welcome for a $100 pet fee. This is 1 of 2 Town Houses on the property. They each are individual units with private entrances. Please note there are 2 floors and the bedrooms are upstairs.

We had a great stay!
Gil’s home was as described — clean, centrally located, amenities as listed were included (actually, it states no shampoo/conditioner/soap but these were actually provided). Gil was extremely responsive and accommodating, and his instructions were very clear. Note that the home is smaller than it looks in the pictures. The only bathroom in the unit is on the first floor while the bedrooms are on the second.
Great place to stay while we were in town visiting family!
We stayed here while visiting family in the area and the apartment suited our needs perfectly. It was a last-minute booking and we were happy with our choice of host. Aside from a few minor issues due to the rapid turnaround time (dirty linens left out, some dirty dishes), I would heartily recommend for anyone visiting the Salem, NH area. We are thankful for this apartment and host being willing to prepare for us on such short notice over a holiday weekend!

It is also located near main street & Rt 28, providing a convenient & lively atmosphere filled with local shops & restaurants. Also located near the Rail Trail so plenty of hiking spots nearby. Train station to Boston is a short 5 minute drive and Rt 93 takes you straight to Boston or up to Manchester and the mountains.
