This place is ideal when visiting Buffalo or Niagara. Everything was well set up and so livable. Clean place, friendly hosts, and an absolutely perfect choice for us! Would 100% comeback.

Stayed there for the long weekend and it was great! The place was very clean and had everything you needed! Check in and check out was easy. Met Dennis and talked for a bit, he’s a very nice man loved his dog also! Definitely recommend going there!!

Guests can walk to Gratwick Park which is located on Niagara River and is approx. 10 mins away. Gratwick Park hosts many events including "Thursday Nights on the Water". This event is held every Thursday night throughout the summer and offers a car show as well as live concerts with food and drinks. This event is well attended. This park also offers public boat access.
There is a walking / cycling trail along the river as well. Great for a stroll anytime of the day and a great place to watch the sunset.
A 6 minute drive brings you to downtown North Tonawanda where you can find some great restaurants and night life or take a stroll along the canal.
