Millie's place is an excellent location to visit Athens. Close to a lot of the happenings of the city and still a quiet location for some relaxing. Would recommend!

We loved our stay. The host was kind enough to leave snacks and water for the four of us. The home was clean and comfortable - perfect for our weekend in Athens.

Be careful when booking. We paid more for this property versus others in the area and wish we didn’t. Had ants in the shower if one bathroom and didn’t use it. The master bath tub drains excessively slow so we had a foot bath/ shower combo. The kitchen utensils were very dusty, we had to clean what we wanted to use and there was no baking sheet or large mixing bowl. The hose has traps for bees, and states it’s for carpenter bees but it’s definitely attracting and killing bumble bees, and they are displayed all over the property. The driveway is VERY steep, our vehicles barely made it and if we knew ahead of time that alone would have stopped us for booking. Overall our trip was lessened by the time it took for 3 women to share 1 bathroom, not being able to cook as we planned, and the nerves from wondering if our cars will make it up and down the driveway. The Host has been extremely inconsiderate and defensive when I have pictures/videos with time stamps to prove everything I’ve said.
