A cozy, airy, bright room close to the heart of Oxford, ideal for one-two people visiting family or students. The room has an attached bathroom, desk/table and a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge, kettle with cutlery and crockery. It has a separate entrance and is part of an extension to the main house offering guests plenty of privacy. Cumnor is a pretty village, offering beautiful countryside within close proximity to the city.

Farah was very responsive to my queries before my booking. Easy enough to find, only a five minute walk to the bus stops into Oxford (15 minutes by bus to the train station, which saves paying the expensive Oxford car park charges). Farah was really friendly and accommodating upon arrival. loved the extra touches such as cereal, hit drinks, kettle, a room heater (need for the really cold weather experienced during the stay). bathroom was great, really nice shower. Great set of instructions in the room too. WiFi was good too. Highly recommended.

Fluid check- in/ check out. Quaint and peaceful neighborhood full of nature and other family homes. Wonderful hosts who were helpful and communicative as well as overall upstanding and kind people. Beautiful room and private amenities / space. A 3 minute walk from major bus lines. Seriously recommend this charming spot in Oxford!

The property is 2-3 minutes away from the bus stop. Cumnor is usually a 20 minute bus ride from Central Oxford. The main road into Oxford from Cumnor is, unfortunately, closed until October 2023. If you require public transport into Oxford please e-mail the host who can provide a number of options. Bus services remain, but there is a minor disruption, which can make it difficult for less mobile travelers. The property has parking and all of the historic and cultural sites in Oxford as well as the beautiful countryside can be accessed easily by car. Oxford is also a very easy to cycle to.
