Overall a pleasant stay, some minor maintenance needed but communicated with Leanne and assured she'd check these. Beds very comfy and great facilities on the park. Nice variety of equipment for children: highchair, kid friendly cups/plates. No travel cot but she had said she'll provide this for future guests. Some information was needed regarding swimming and suggested she share this for future guests. A co operative host taking on feedback. Would recommend for families.

Leanne has been an excellent host, very quick to respond to messages, flexible with check in, very friendly and very helpful with answering questions too. The chalet was very well cleaned and maintained, with everything required at hand. We can't think of a single issue with the chalet, and appreciate the little touch generosity for our arrival. I can’t thank Leanne enough for a wonderful peaceful time away. It’s close to a train track which I was worried about - but honestly didn’t notice it at all! I had no problems what so ever! Electric meter was fine and used less than £5 throughout our stay! The chalet was beautifully clean and spacious - it was faultless. The “little extras” were a nice surprise! An Easter egg and juice for my son, and a lovely bottle of bubbly for me! She also left us some Entertainment Passes which we made good use of at the swimming pool & the Showroom entertainment. Leanne kept in contact throughout our stay to make sure everything was okay - she was very attentive. Will absolutely be back - with the whole family next time!! Thank you Leanne!

Leanne was a brilliant host the chalet was exactly as described,some lovely personal touches. Communication was brilliant before and during our stay. I would like to book again in the summer.

Lovely chalet, beautiful views. Ideal for a short break. Leanne was a great host and was grateful with the added touch of juice for the kids and a bottle of wine for the adults. Would highly recommend as a host. Thank you.
