Wonderful apartment with lots of great amenities in the building. Wonderful walking path and the area. Great access to the highway to get downtown. Wonderful location with shopping and restaurants.

Great apartment. The building is quiet and clean. It is in a great location. I do wish the hot water was set a little hotter and lasted longer. For 1 adult it is warm and lasts no more than 10mins. The apartment was clean and nice. And my kids were able to enjoy the pool.

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental. The apartment was well appointed and in a convenient location for our needs. The pictures truly don't do it justice--it's very large and comfortable. Kande was also very responsive in advance of our rental period. The one thing to note for potential renters is that you may need to bring several staples that may be common in other Air BnBs (for example, the unit did not have hand soap, trash bags, paper towels, or basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt, and pepper). That said, the unit was clean and had ample dishes and cookware. It is also an incredibly reasonable price for the area, so we truly did not mind having to procure some additional things.
