This is a great place and I do highly recommend it. Clean, quiet, and about as non-touristy as you can get. Beautiful beach with hardly anyone on it due to the seclusion of the island. The pool was great. Israel, the grounds keeper, was awesome and even prepared us fresh coconuts to drink. He has several friendly dogs that my family really enjoyed. As noted, the current is strong here but honestly where isn't it strong along the coast with all the big waves? We took precautions but still all enjoyed playing and surfing in the water. They set up private surfing lessons for us right on site. The only downside was mosquitoes. When it wasn't the heat of the day, they were everywhere except right on the beach. We didn't experience this once we went down Manuel Antonio and Dominical. The mangroves were pretty, but again, covered up in bugs.

cette villa est merveilleusement bien situé direct sur la plage qui a des km et des km de sable...propre et tranquille j'ai croisé 4 personnes en 13 jours. Sécuritaire car Le gardien habite sur place, il nous a fais visiter les mangroves en bateau ( $)et les singes et c étais merveilleux , la plus belle excursion que nous avons fait. Il est très gentils et il possède 6 chiens qui vivent sur la propriété ils sont tous très gentils et il vont jouer dans la mer , ils sont très drole et leur bonheur est contagieux. mais si vous n aimer pas les chiens svp aviser les lors de votre réservation, il pourront prendre des mesures. il y a aussi un cuisiner qui se déplace sur demande à la villa il est très bon et très gentils et abordable. l endroit idéal pour avoir la paix en famille si vous aimer la plage. je reviendrai assurément. sachez que les villes les plus proches parrita et quepos ne sont pas des plus intéressantes. Mais jaco est à 45 min. Les vagues sont superbes et intense.

This place is spectacular. The access to the beach is perfect and might as well be a private beach, there is so little traffic. The backyard is beautiful and shady in the afternoon. If you want a private getaway this is the place. We played in the sand and surf every day. Loved the pool. On site host was extremely helpful and available for anything we needed.

Great house, spectacular location, private, awesome beach and sunsets! The caretaker Isreal is a gem! He is kind, helpful and knows everything and everyone on Playa Palo Seco! From mangrove swamp tours, bonfires on the beach, messages, trips to Rainmaker Park and home cooked meals by the couple next door, Isreal can set it all up. This house is a hidden gem in a one of a kind location! Don’t hesitate to book/we will be back! 10/10!!

Amazing beachfront location with epic sunrises and sunsets. Wonderful pool with huge yard. Perfect for our dog that traveled with us. The house is a bit older and has a unique layout (access bedrooms by going outside) but that wouldn’t stop us from coming back. Overall would recommend. Onsite caretaker is very nice and helpful.
