Place as pictured but sadly a previous guest must have smoked on the front steps as the hall stunk and having the heat on made it worse as I'm allergic. Bathroom had garbage left behind and toilets were not cleaned just cleaner left in the bowls. Overall disappointed as other reviews were positive. Bedroom, tub, linens and towels were very clean.

Very nice place! Cozy home with a beautiful backyard. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay & the beds were very comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

We brought our family of 6 down to Kingston to watch the eclipse, and we all had a great time. Our kids loved the game room! I would stay here again anytime. This home is close to anything you might need, under a 10-minute drive.
