Enjoy this calm, stylish space. Centrally located in the heart of California, you are just about two hours from everything: Yosemite, Monterey/Santa Cruz beaches, Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Great America, Marine World, Sacramento. Also, within ten minutes is UC Merced and Mercy Hospital, along with quaint downtown Merced, and plenty of wine country nearby. It's only one hour to Fresno, Modesto, or Gold Country. This beautiful home has everything a you might need for a pleasant stay. The home is 2 years new with granite counter tops in kitchen and baths, new queen beds and mattresses in two rooms, and a Cal King bed and mattress in the Master. Kitchen, dining and family area are combined into one great room with a separate living area for quiet time or work space. The back yard abuts a main street but is totally private with a cement wall.

Hello! This is my review for my stay at the Mondavi Cottage. The home was well decorated and maintained. We got in late, leading to issues contacting the host. Once contact was made, the host was friendly and nice. Any issues or questions we had was resolved in a timely manner. Everything was working properly in the home and the beds were comfortable. Plus, the treats the host left us were delicious. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and I would recommend the home for others.

UC Merced Cat-Tracks bus stop and Merced "The Bus" stops close by.

Randy and are both Italian and love Italian food. I hand make Cannolli each year, and he makes the best spaghetti and meatballs. We have been property managers here Merced for the last 15 years and own a few properties. We travel in our motorhome and love doing cruises. We have four children and 9 grandchildren, and are Very Blessed, Happy, and Thankful for them all!
