The apartment is comfortable, efficient location, walkable, get ready for 5 stairs up but with a rewarding view, otherwise there's no complaints.

Wonderful, spacious, clean apartment with an excellent view from the window. The renovation is good, there are some shortcomings, but in general, the golden mean between modernity and history has been observed. The only criticism is the check-in time, it is unreasonably late. We arrived at the apartment at 15:00, this was agreed in advance, but it was not cleaned after the previous guest's. When the cleaning lady arrived, she asked us to leave the premises for another 1 hour, although the owner had previously allowed us to be present during the cleaning, if we wanted to check in 14:00. In total, we checked in at 16:00. Considering that check out time is 11:00, such a long buffer for cleaning is simply unacceptable. The apartment is wonderful, but the service needs some work.

We spent 2 weeks here It was clean, both bed and the couch were comfortable, had plenty of sheets, blankets and towels, kitchen has everything for cooking although there was no oil, salt, etc (nothing left from previous guests) dining table is too small for three people and there was only two chairs It’s a old but charming apartment with crazy staircase and tricky water heating system, in the old building, old neighborhood. Prepare to be sweating taking your luggage both up and down Felt pretty local and chill, kinda away from craziness of galata, lots of small grocery and fruit stores, friendly people, there’s a street market on sundays. Also it felt pretty safe to me. We really enjoyed last sunny days and having our meals outside on the terrace Walkable distance from Kasimpasa ferry station, Galata tower and tünel, closest bus stop is 5 min away. For airport access I’d recommend using taxi + m11 metro Thank you for having us

I was worried about the neighborhood and I asked Mert about it before get the place, he said it is a safe neighborhood with local people so ı would have not any safety problem and it turns out everything was the same as Mert described. Bakery was nearby and also Sariyer Börekçisi I got Simit and other pastry stuff from there. You can check them as well. Speaking of the house, it is an old building with style, I looked around a few times to learn how old the building was. There is no bad smell as The flat is on the 5th floor. Be aware that there's no lift. I knew about it and it kinda was a good work out for me. The most amazing thing about the home is the view. It really pays off. The Terrace has a view and window on the hall has a great view as well. You have privacy on the terrace. Wifi is good and fast. Netflix worked perfectly, everything was settled very well. You can enjoy foldable couch in front of Netflix. The bed was ok. The communication was good as well. I enjoyed it a lot

Staying in the Mert's appartment was very cool. Perfect view from the balcony, very close shop with fresh fruits and any other things you need. Good location to get to many turistical places and Istiklal. We had a very lovely time. Thanks a lot.
