El lugar es fantisco por la vista, preparate para hacer negocios con ellos no con Airbnb, me negaron la entrada de mi mascota que es un animal de servicio y el lugar estaba lleno de pelos de perro, vivi por 7 ańos en cape coral , me fuy despues de la pandemia, la ciudad no es ni la sombra de lo que era antes, ahora es ruidosa, mucho trafico, las playas son aguas negras, no hay mucho que hacer , no rentare nunca mas a estas personas, pero apesar de todo yo deje su casa impecable ya que trabaje por ańos dirigiendo una empresa de limpieza en cape coral y se como funciona el negocio de casas vacacionales, algo ellos te hacen firmar un contrato no lo olviden despues de reservar con Airbnb te lo envian a tu correo para k firmes

This was our first time going through Airbnb and it was literally home away from home! The pool was one of the best part of that stay! The whole house was very clean and it had everything we needed to feel at home. All shopping was only 10 min or less away! Beaches are a little of a drive if you don’t mind it but I would recommend this place for anyone’s stay weather business or pleasure!

Great getaway! We stayed for 5 days with our 14 and 11 year old daughters and had a great time! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The minute you walk in you feel like your in your own beach house. The neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need for staying in and cooking and if you prefer not to cook, there are plenty of nearby restaurants. There were board games for our girls to entertain themselves although they spent the majority of the time in the pool. The pool is amazing and overlooks a beautiful lake. The beach is about 30-40 minutes away if you feel the need to go. All you really need to bring are shower toiletries and if you forget something there is a Publix and Target 7 minutes away. The management company is very responsive and friendly and check-in and check-out was a breeze. We highly recommend this house for a great family staycation and hope to be back in the future!
