We had a great time during our stay! The location is close to everything you would need. The house layout is great and spacious for the 8 people and one dog we had with us during the stay! We spent time in the neighborhood going for walks, or at the park down the street playing basketball. We also witnessed several rocket launches from the back yard, and the beach just a mile down the road which was amazing. Upon check in we found ants in one of the bathrooms and then lots of sand in the master bath which made me wonder if it the floor was even cleaned. I'm sure it's hard with all the sand in the soil to keep it out of the house, but we constantly dealt with ants during our stay which was annoying. Also, if bringing a dog, the yard is not in the best shape to have them playing in it and then coming inside. It was constant battle with dead grasses and sand getting in the fur and coming inside with ours. I'm sure Robert will be continuing to improve things around the house and yard!

Robert's place was in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed her for a couple days prior to a cruise, and our party of 12 was very comfortable there. There was plenty of seating in the dining room. This place was spacious and we felt that we had space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The kids loved the pool.

The neighborhood is a little sketchy especially at night and the floors were very dirty. They need a better cleaning service

We had nine people in our group and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well stocked and the cabinet labels were greatly appreciated. Robert replied quickly to messages and was a wonderful host. I look forward to staying again next year.

Very friendly, responsive host! The house is equipped with full of kitchen tools and amenities. The pool and the firepit are so nice. Super recommended!
