The location is excellent for visiting the east side of Cleveland and is near the charming town of Chagrin Falls. The home is older than it seems from the pictures. Biggest complaint is that, with the exception of one large window, other windows and skylights lack any shades. We had to go out and buy eye masks for sleeping. Minor point: there is a spot on the wall for a tv but no tv in the main bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked and very usable. The family room is functional though not very attractive. But it met our needs for hanging out together. The setting is nice but the weather prevented us from being outdoors. It seems to be a good place to rent for the spring and summer if you enjoy the outdoors. Because it is an older house with added on rooms, the design is very choppy. We suggest the owners do more for the decor and spruce up the place. Also maybe we missed them but we could have used more towels. Again might have not located them.

We booked this place for a combination family reunion / solar eclipse viewing trip. The house is wonderful for a small group (there were 6 of us), with multiple bedrooms, baths, and living spaces. The large living room / kitchen was a fantastic place where all could hang out together. The host was super responsive with any requests. Truly enjoyed our stay

This house was beautiful and in a lovely neighborhood. It was very cozy and close to chagrin Falls were there are tons of great shops and restaurants well appointed in the kitchen and all of the rooms. Everything is kept in good condition and was very clean. The host was very kind and responsive, one of the best experiences I have had with a host on Airbnb. Any question or issue we had was not immediately addressed but handled above and beyond what was expected. I was very impressed with the drive ability to lot of surrounding areas and there were many options for things to do. We actually saw deer in the Meadow just below the house from the living room window if you are looking for nice, cozy accommodations that can provide indoor and outdoor space for you to enjoy your time. I would highly recommend this Airbnb.

Our stay was fine for the reason we were in town. The home served its purpose. The area was fine and was in proximity to where we had to go everyday. Home needs some TLC but still a good stay.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable space! Mark’s team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! They were extremely responsive and helpful when we needed them. The home is very spacious and all of the guests felt extremely comfortable and safe!
