Located less than a mile from Cherokee Landing State Park, you can be on the water in minutes! The house is brand new! 1400 square feet of living space with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The living room and kitchen are completely open and roomy. There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room. There is a large mud room/laundry and pantry. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king bed, TV and large master bathroom/closet. The 2nd bedroom has queen over queen bunks, a closet and a TV. Ceiling fans in bedrooms as well as extra fans in the closets. Super clean and super cute! Comforters are washed and cleaned with each stay!
