🅑🅔🅦🅐🅡🅔 - Our nanny is from Trinidad and we’ve been spending New Years in Tobago the last 4 years & this was the worst house/host thus far. The host made me aware of a WiFi problem while I was on the plane and said it would get resolved the next day. Needless to say we never got WiFi and were forced to leave a day early. My husband is a partner at a law firm & my sister is a nurse who also run several nursing homes. I made it clear to the host how important the internet situation. We purchased 2 digicel boosters that barely worked. She gave me the running around for days. Most of the time, she did not reach out until the afternoon after I messaged her asking for progress. We felt unsafe as we were never notified of the broken gate which was left open during our entire stay. We have pictures of a moldy dish rack they left for us to put clean dishes-disgusting. The appliances were outdated & dirty which we also have pictures. The shower overflow when taking showers. The pool was dirty.

This was my second time staying here. The first was all adults which was fine and this last time we had several kids including toddlers. Please note that you must be careful with the kids because the pool and steps can be dangerous for them. There are also plants that have needles which could hurt them. We closed the glass sliding doors to keep the kids in but the living area is not air conditioned, it would be nice if it was. I was told that the cottage was fully air conditioned but only the bedroom is, the kitchen and additional sleeping space is not air condition. The lighting is very dim and should be updated throughout the house. All fans in living room was not working. Overall the stay was good and the view was amazing and we love that it had all the bedrooms and its own bathrooms. The master bedroom should have a king bed instead of a queen. There is a plant that has a flower which looks like a fruit and we were told it’s poisonous. There should be a sign for kids.

We had a great time in Tobago. The Airbnb was spacious and able to accommodate all 7 of us. We had a few minor issues on the first day but Daniel and his team were able to resolve quickly in order to make us as comfortable as possible. The pool area was the highlight of our stay and offered beautiful views. All in all a wonderful place to spend a holiday to rest and relax and enjoy with friends and family

Making the reservation and corresponding with Daniel was very easy and quick. Finding the place was very easy and the roads were easily accessible. The property had a great security system with the front gate and alarm system that gave a sense of safety and security for our things when we weren't at home. The hostess that met us there was very professional and funny. She instantly made us feel welcome and we had good conversations as we walked around and viewed the property. The bedrooms were nice and clean with working ac, even though we didn't use it much. The kitchen was equip with alot of things. It was a beautiful house and it had a great view. The pool was used all day basically. The kids were basically always in the pool. They had a great time. Check out was easy and painless. We had a great time and would definitely visit again. We spent more time in the property than outside. thanks for having us.
