This is the place to be when you want to relax and recharge away from the busy city! The home had so much character. We enjoyed the board games inside, the fire pit and listening to the birds chirping while sitting outside. We loved the long walks on the quiet dirt road with our dog. Such nice views of the hills and farmland! We spent some time in Creemore and did some hiking at Dufferin County Forest just a 10 min drive away from the Airbnb. Would come back in a heartbeat!

This beautiful Hideaway offered the perfect balance of beautiful, and rustic. We absolutely adored the atmosphere of the place, and it was amazing being able to unplug and relax. We would happily recommend this place to friends and family. I'm already thinking on booking again. Additionally, Samantha and her husband went above and beyond, we are so thankful for their attention to detail, their recommendations, and their willingness to make our stay hassle free.

We had a lovely 2 day stay at Samantha's cabin. We were in town for a sporting event and Samantha accommodated an early check in request so that we could drop our things before the event. The beds were comfortable and the whole place was clean and cozy. We loved the soaker tub, and learned to play a new card game. The stairs are steep and slippery, so be careful, especially if you're wearing socks! Thanks for a great weekend!

Our family stayed in the cottage for my husbands birthday. Samantha allowed us to check in early and was very responsive to any questions we had. The cottage was clean, quiet and cozy! We loved making fires in the wood burning fireplace, resting on the comfy couch and enjoyed the nearby (10 minute or so drive) hiking trails. The cottage is in close proximity to the host families home, so if you're looking for complete privacy you may want to come in the late spring - late fall when there is more foliage to create a screen. However, this wasn't an issue for our family and we felt we were provided the privacy we needed to enjoy our stay. The area is very quiet and peaceful and the loft bathroom has a beautiful soaker tub (which we regretfully did not use). We were able to see deer on the property and have quality family time, which is just what we needed. Thank you Samantha for allowing us to enjoy your cottage!
