Mercedes and Luis were very friendly, eager to be of assistance. Great place and location near everything, but still quiet and a nice neighborhood to walk. I’ll try to stay here again in September

We're honestly so happy that we chose to stay at Mercedes & Luis' place. Cape Coral was a new area for us, so we weren't sure what to expect. Although Cape Coral has lots of development and busy roads, their home is on a quieter street in a family neighborhood, conveniently right off a major route. Mercedes and Luis couldn't be nicer. They respected our privacy, but were happy to help if we had any questions. It's clear that everything about their home and yard has been thoughtfully planned and well cared for. Our room and bathroom were spotless and completely furnished. Grateful for the large fridge! The swimming pool is clean and beautiful. While compact, this unit is a great value and we would definitely return.
