Our apartment is located on the 4th floor of a new house, a 20-minute walk from the old town with its main attractions and a variety of cafes and restaurants. Designing the place we tried to use wood, natural materials and living plants to create a cozy and eco-friendly atmosphere. The second floor meets you with a wide comfortable bed and a swing in which you can relax if your weight is under 100 kilos 🙃. Note: there is free unguarded parking within a 3-minute walk. On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. Kettle and coffee maker, microwave is a must. If you want to sleep, then climbing the stairs to the second floor, you find yourself in a cozy bedroom. Our loft has everything you need for relaxation and restful sleep. There is also a swing where you can dream or read;)

It is a very cozy and clean apartment. Marina is helpful and friendly. The swing is of course love, now I want to make the same in my apartment).

The peculiarity of the area is that it is easy to walk from the apartment to the old town, Vingis Park, railway station or bus station. It is also important to note that there are transport stops nearby from where you can go to anywhere in the city. If you need to get to the airport, then a bus 🚌 leaves from the nearest stop, which takes you just 15 minutes. For those who want to have fun in the evening, there is a popular club "LOFTAS" nearby.
From the airport to our loft, you can get in just 15-20 minutes by bus 3G or 1 for 1 euro (you can buy a ticket from the driver). You need to get to the Vienoragyu stop and walk 200 meters along Kauno street to the west. If you arrive at the bus station, then you need to get to the same stop by bus or trolleybus. We do not have our own parking in the building, but there is a public parking nearby, I will send the plan upon your request;)
