This is a special property, wonderful location on the lake and the amenities are great. The sunrises over the lake are not to be missed. Our family had a fun 4 days together, playing games on the large dining table, watching movies on the big screen TV and cooking meals in an amazing large kitchen supplied with everything we needed to prepare/serve meals. The ice machine was also a huge hit. Every bed was comfy and the linens were the most comfortable we’ve experienced. I could go on and on, but the most special experience was my communication with Dawn our host. She was just fabulous. Her communication was prompt and very helpful. Working with her was such a pleasure. She is indeed a gracious person with a personable manner. Overall I would give our experience an A+. I really hope to be able to return some day. Highly recommend!

First trip to Lake Martin. Will definitely be back and stay at this location. Dawn is an amazing host and was always accommodating to any inquiries. Surrounding houses are not as nice but this house was beautiful and as advertised. Screened porch and deck with great view of the lake. The area was very quiet and peaceful. They have literally thought of everything and had an amazing pontoon boat that we rented as well. They had all of needed accessories like a tube and adult skis with life jackets for everyone. (we did have to rent children's skis from a nearby marina). Thirteen of us, eight adults and five children, were comfortable and had plenty of room. Quite possibly the most comfortable sheets I've ever slept on. My three daughters and their families are "beach people" and I'm not. We all agreed that this was the most peaceful and relaxing vacation we've ever taken and we will most definitely visit again, hopefully very soon.
