Mandy is extremely hospitable and helpful. Her home is fully stocked. I had a smooth check-in and check-out. The communication has always been fast and clear. The neighborhood has abundance of restaurants -- Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, coffee shops, Taco and Italian. Smart & Final grocery shop is next door, opening 24/7. Walking distance to the golden gate park. I work in the city so I can the 38 or 38R straight to financial district in less than 30 mins. Bus stop is 7 mins away. The neighborhood feels safe and is walkable. Many cute stores and coffee shops around. I had a lovely stay!

Li was very responsive and lovely to communicate with. Kids loved the huge beds and big TVs in the rooms.

Great place and very walkable to coffee shops and restaurants. We walked to the Presidio and Golden Gate Park from the apartment. Five of us felt comfortable in the space and the place was very clean.

Our staycation with friends was great at Li's place. Everything you could want or need around the neighborhood was so close and in walking distance. The inside was clean and had many amenities. Would definitely stay again!

Host was very responsive and helpful, and brought everything we asked for that we felt we needed besides everything they left for us including snacks, wine, and some baked goods. The apartment also has a water fountain in the kitchen that was great to always have cold water. The apartment overall was great too, had plenty of stuff for the kitchen and bathroom and location is good. Only negative thing was that the kitchen was a little dirty near the trash can area. Besides that I would only point out that the description of the free parking is not completely accurate, it is only free over night and 2 hours during the day.
