The home is new and in a great condition. It was very spacious and the cleaners are excellent as it was spotless. The neighbourhood seemed safe and was close to amenities. The host was quick to respond. There was a slight hiccup initially gaining access, but it was sorted. We would recommend this house.

Francisca was friendly, quick, and helpful as we were settling in. The home was very clean and as described in the listing. Other reviewers mentioned the state of the backyard and it was in rough shape but we found a park area about a block away so our son could run around. We were in town for a wedding so especially nice was the tankless water heater, plenty of hot water as we were all getting ready. My only suggestion would be to provide some bath mats for each shower or tub.

Home is spacious and clean. Would be nice to have more towels as only ONE per guest for the entire stay were provided. Backyard is basically unusable but that was fine with us as we didn't need it. No access to washer/dryer - which would have been nice to have given limited towels.
