The apartment/room itself is very nice inside, and the building is a lovely old building from the 1920’s. However, it’s in the middle of downtown LA so if you don’t mind police and ambulance sirens all night, homeless and crack addicts fighting and screaming out on the street, then sure it’s a cozy place. We had trouble getting in as downstairs management didn’t know it was an Airbnb and almost refused us entry. Thankfully after begging to let us in (we arrived after the Lakers game at night), they decided to be nice. We’d have been screwed if they didn’t let us go and get the keys. The listing initially said parking was provided and had a picture of a parking lot, then that picture suddenly disappeared off the listing and we had to pay expensive parking.

Host was awesome place was very clean and creative apt smelled great very well kept just a heads up parking is $10 for overnight you have to repay by 8am something to keep in mind you can also take the train and walk across the street to access the building overall my stay was great no complaints at all
