Sit back relax and leave the car behind. We are only one street back (2mins walk) from fantastic white sands and sand dune trials of Papamoa Beach. An easy 10minute walk to Papamoa Plaza, Fashion Island, the Surf Club, boat ramp and dining options. Across the road is access to a large park with an awesome flying fox. Bus stop directly opposite our driveway for public transport. A cosy stand alone 1970’s bungalow in a quiet neighbourhood. The carpet maybe a bit worn and the lino has seen some beach fun but its a comfortable holiday home in a fantastic location, where you can relax. This is typical Kiwi Bach, a bit worn around the edges but a great comfortable space in a fantastic location. Make yourself at home, cook a yummy meal in the full but older kitchen, turn on the barbecue or grab some takeaways for a beach picnic. Bedroom one is small but has a Queen bed, bedside tables,small set of drawers and a single wardrobe. Bedroom two is the largest with a double wardrobe, set of drawers. Bunk bed with double on the bottom, single on the top. Room for a couple of single air mattresses on the floor if needed. (airbeds & linen for these not supplied) Bedroom three is actually the internal access garage, has garage carpet on the floor, one bedside table and a double bed. All beds except the spare mattress against the wall in the garage are made up with clean linen. Newly renovate bathroom with bathtub and rew shower and vanity , separate new toilet. Lounge with smart tv, netflix We are just a few steps from the beautiful ocean & long white uncrowded Papamoa Beach. Grab your private spot in this slice of paradise.
