Its special location overlooking the Umzinto River valley and the Indian Ocean offers one the opportunity to simply relax and enjoy the unique views. The home has three bedrooms on the lower level. One double room with views over the valley and sea with an en-suite shower room. There is a double room facing the back garden and pool and a twin room with sea and valley views. These two rooms share a full bathroom. The twin room can be configured as one king sized bed. On the upper level is a very large bedroom with either a king size bed or two singles. The room has views over the sea and river valley and has a large, open plan shower room. At the lower level is a large open plan living and dining space and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to entertain. There are appliances such as Nespresso coffee machine, a bread maker, Kenwood chef, egg boiler and Nutribullet. There is a gas BBQ on the patio. A large pool room provides an additional dining table as well as separate fridge for drinks, a ice machine, a sink, a toilet and a cold shower. Outside is a built in BBQ for wood or charcoal. Below the ground floor is a garage for use by guests, a laundry and further shade parking for two cars. The house has an inverter emergency power supply connected to all lights and sockets. Managed properly, the inverter will maintain the power during load shedding. There is a 5000lt emergency water supply (not potable) The house is safe and secure with alarm system and armed response, steel American shutters on all ground level windows and doors, a laptop safe, automated gate and automated garage.
