Stay in the heart of Colonial Williamsburg with this 2 bedrooms suite. Free private parking spaces and a laundry facility. Recently upgraded. It is across Scotland Street from the Regional Library. Colonial Williamsburg Merchants Square, College of William & Mary, cafes, restaurants, museums, post office, shops, and train/bus station are within a 0.5-mile distance. The suite consists of the entire left side of the building with great privacy. The property is a white 2-story building at the corner of Scotland Street and Armistead Ave. The suite consists the entire left side of the building with great privacy. The private entrance door is located at the backside of the building. The suite has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a full bath room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a dishwasher, cooking ware & utensils, dinnerware& utensils. One bedroom has a sofa, a TV, and a dresser. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed ( 45” W x 72”L). Another bedroom has a queen bed, a desk, a TV, a chair and a wardrobe. All rooms are on the ground level.

We attended a W&M graduation last week. We had a party of 5 and rented both of Baylee's places - Wren's Suite and Wren's Nest. The location amazing. Very convenient to W&M - walkable to campus, restaurants, and Colonial Williamsburg. The apartments were clean, well appointed (including cool lighting and ceiling fans), and comfortable. Baylee was a great host. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Williamsburg.
We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean and cozy, perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was fantastic, with an amazing bakery just across the street for breakfast both days. Being footsteps away from William & Mary College allowed for a lovely stroll on campus and some great photo opportunities. Plus, the short drive to all the game venues made our travel for the volleyball tournament a breeze. Highly recommend!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Baylee's rental. She was friendly and anticipated all of our questions--she was also readily accessible and responsive. The location was unbeatable--we were visiting the College of William and Mary and Colonial Williamsburg and both were a couple of blocks away. The lodging was clean and quiet and worked really well for our family of 4 (2 parents, 1 teen, 1 young adult). The price was also astounding for the location--we were delighted to be so close for such a reasonable cost. We look forward to returning!
