This gorgeous property offers everything you'll need for a luxurious stay. The Dream room has epic views with each sunrise. From the decks you can see the Sierra National Forest and Yosemite. Yosemite gate is only 20 minutes from our house but destinations in the park may be farther depending where you go. We are a few miles from Bass Lake, with rentals in boats, jet skis, kayaks. Close to mountain towns that have shopping and great meals. We do have 3 sweet dogs that secure the property also. This room has incredible sunrise views, a huge Cal King bed and has been a favorite. Every room in the house is different.

Geweldige locatie met zeer vriendelijke en meedenkende hosts. op 1,5 uur afstand van Yosemite. Prachtig huis met prachtige kamers, alles brandschoon en het uitzicht is adembenemend.

We had a really lovely time at JOYhouse. Kathy and Chris were the best hosts - really friendly and caring. We would definitely come back - 100% recommend. It took us 30 min to get to the entrance of Yosemite Park. Thanks for everything & god bless you!

Kathy’s place was exceptionally beautiful. Everything was just perfect. Kathy is very responsive and kept in touch with me if we needed anything. Check in was very easy and straight forward. Beautiful views from the patio, peaceful and calming. Spotless clean. I would love to come back and I will be recommending Kathy’s place to my friends and family.

This is a peaceful and a gorgeous neighborhood. Please enter slowly and respect all the neighbors by staying at the JOYhouse only. However our neighbor directly across from us, has a huge Iris garden and welcomes anyone that wants to walk though their garden called Beehaven. It is stunning in May and June. We also have lots of animals in the forest so drive carefully
