Overall, it was a great experience. The location couldn’t get any better. However, we originally booked another property but Shelan contacted us to request for alternating property which is this one. The property was nice but a little small for a group of 6 people as there was only 1 bathroom. But we managed to get through and it was a nice cosy experience for us as well. Shelan did also offer a small discount as a compensation which was really nice. Looking forward to future bookings with Shelan.

You can not beat the location. It is very close to Paddington Station and the Elizabeth line was essential and very pleasant to ride during our visit. The apartment was extremely clean and even though on the small side, very good use of space. Very little clutter, prioritizing the essentials. Nice shower and clean bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, which is described so wasn’t surprised but worth it. Several restaurants and shops under the apartment which were open late, delicious and everyone was very friendly. It was an ideal location and Shelan was an excellent host.

Shelan is a very responsive host. The apartment is small, but the location is stellar (across the street from the Paddington Train station, on the same block around the corner from the Paddington tube/underground subway, and a 5 min walk to Hyde Park). The entire street below is filled with wonderful eateries with outdoor seating and the view from one bedroom and the kitchen/pull-out is of Norfolk Square Garden. The view from the back bedroom is not as enticing, looks like an abandoned building is behind, but it didn't bother us as we only were there to sleep. You cannot hear the sounds from the street because the apt is on the third floor (there is no lift, so this would be difficult for those with mobility issues). The pull-out couch was fine for my 14 year old son, but he needed a fan like the 2 bedrooms. The kitchenette served our needs (kettle and fridge). Overall, I would recommend staying here based on location and Shelan's reliability.

Stayed for 5 nights with my wife and kids. Great location to get to Hyde park, and catch any tube since paddington station is one block away. Overall, great stay. Shelan was responsive and very helpful.
