Located just a five minute walk from the beach, grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, it offers breathtaking ocean views and easy access to area trails and some of the best cycling routes featured in La Vuelta. The Villa offers a pool, private gym, and bike storage. Three outdoor terraces offer breathtaking views for relaxation, dining, or yoga. The 2 guest apartments in house has separate and private entrances. The pool, garden and gym are shared. The apartment is in a three-story house in the best residential area of Rincón de la Victoria. This apartment is on the 1st floor with a separate entrance. This apartment has a full compact kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, one burner stove, sink and mini-fridge. It has 2 double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and a work/reading room where there is another pull out couch/bed. Us, the owners live on the third floor with our 2 year old Golden Retriever. Sierra, is a delight, does not bark and loves everyone and other dogs.

L'appartamento di Eugenio corrisponde esattamente alle foto. Tutto molto pulito e in ordine. La villa è splendida, la vista sul mare spettacolare. La zona all'aperto molto bella e funzionale, tutto corrisponde alle foto. Ho avuto bisogno di contattare Eugenio e la sua famiglia e mi hanno risposto in modo tempestivo e molto disponibile, abbiamo dovuto chiedere il late check-out e sono stati super gentili. Torneremo senz'altro. Raccomando questa location.

Nicole & Eugenio are terrific hosts and I would strongly recommend staying with them. The pool is fantastic and our kids loved this part of the property. We had a car that made it easy to get around the area and there is plenty of street parking.

La casa está muy bien, aunque estaría genial una nevera un poquito más grande en el interior y hemos echado un poco de menos el no tener lavadora, los anfitriones son encantadores, se sentían como familia.

The house is located in the best residential area of Rincon de la Victoria, 7 minutes walk from the beach. We have a Mercadona 5 minutes walk. We have a public sports center with a swimming pool and water area 5 minutes walk away.
