Spacious and okay apartment. However only given 3 stars due to being very noisy on a night due to outside and neighbours. Television was only Italian channels (no smart tv functions etc.) Also we had brought out 2 small children and therefore needed kettle for bottles but there was no kettle and when asked if there was, was told there is an espresso machine. Therefore, no kettle, no TV use and noisy apartment - difficult to get kids to sleep. Also did not state the number apartment. All institutions stated no.8 but the apartment was no.4.

Host gave us clear instructions in english language and everything about our communication was great. The place is more than comfy for 4 people. The kitchen and bathroom have all you need for a sleepover, what we had. The only downside is that we visited during winter season and the apartment was 18 degrees celsius and it was objectively cold without a possibility to change that in a quick manner.

Matteo was super friendly and easygoing at the moment of the explanation on how to get inside and all the flow regarding the apartment. The apartment was really really nice and I would definitely recommend staying at Matteo’s .

Abbiamo scelto la sua soluzione perché era un po' decentrata ma con i mezzi gli spostamenti sono stati ottimali. Tutto rimesso a nuovo all'interno e sembrava di essere nella propria abitazione. Condominio molto gradevole e curato
