Excellent location. Great host. Great communication. Very clean. Everything you need close by. Needs a few more face cloths on location(not hand towels). The TV in one room was broken. Probably from a prior guest. The biggest inconvenience is the fact that there’s only one fob and key so if it’s multiple people doing multiple things it makes it difficult to get back in etc etc. Overall this was a great stay and depending on party size I’d definitely book again.

My sister & I absolutely loved staying at Matt’s. We would definitely book again. The best part I got to live my loft fantasy.

Matt’s place was amazing and perfect for a weekend getaway for our daughters birthday. We stayed in LA to take our daughter to universal studios and the drive was an easy 20 minute drive. Exactly as pictured, checkin was very easy.. the hosts were very responsive . The gated parking was convenient and nice. I did read another review that stated bring own wash rags which we ended up doing and glad we did because there was only one wash rag that we found which honestly wasn’t a big deal for us but just an fyi for other potential guests :) location was a major plus , anything you can possibly need is within walking distance, food , coffee, convenience stores, literally everything you can walk to . Would definitely stay here again .

Matt has a wonderful place to stay if you want to in be in DTLA. Matt is a great communicator. I would recommend Matt’s place to anyone.
