Beautiful house located centrally, in the heart of Candolim. This spacious 2 bedroom is located very close to Candolim Beach (3 min walk). Grocery stores and restaurants are within 2 minutes walking distance. Perfect for a group of friends or families. Relax in the pool by the day and unwind with some chilled beers in the balcony in the evening! All popular restaurants and clubs are within 5-10 minutes distance from this property. Located in a gated community in Candolim, this house features well done up rooms with an artistic vibe. The house consists of 2 interconnected studio rooms with a door in between which can be closed off for privacy if required. Each studio having a full bedroom with AC, kitchen, bathroom with a geyser and a balcony to relax in. Since these are studio rooms, there is no living room. There is a community swimming pool which you can use and unwind in too! The balcony overlooks the pool adding to your holiday experience! My caretaker, Prasad is available on the premises from 9am to 5pm to help with anything you might need. Two-Wheeler parking is available within the gated premises and Four-Wheeler parking is available outside the gate, street level parking. You will be provided with all the basic necessities like Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and cutlery. There is a kitchen where you can prepare basic meals: it has all the appliances like an induction stove, fridge, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, silverware, cups, pots, and pans. The kitchen also has an RO Water Filter. An inverter which can power the house for upto 3 hours is also available in case of power outages. Please Note : An extra mattress is provided to accommodate the extra guest, apart from the 2 king beds. Due to fire hazard and safety concerns, there is no Gas Stove or utensils like cookers etc. required for heavy cooking. In our efforts to preserve water, we change towels and linen only upon request with a maximum of after every 3 nights and cleaning of the rooms is done once in 2 days.
