We have a unique opportunity to offer you both our luxury vacation homes that are next door to one another. Casa Del Sol is a 7 Bd/3.5bath 3800 sq ft of elegance and fun. It incl. 3 master suites and a professional putting green to name just a few highlights. Casa Del Paraiso is a 7 Bd/5ba 3500 sq ft of luxury and good times. It includes heated pool, 4 master ste., hot tub, putting green, & gaming garage. Both homes have large backyards and are walkable to the beach and river. We LOVE serving large reunions and celebrations. However, NOTE - this is NOT a party house or neighborhood. All guests are asked to be inside by 11:00pm to respect quiet hours (loud laughing at 1:00am carries easily and not fun for a neighbor who has to go to work the next day). As of March 20th a screened, heated in-ground pool and 2 additional bedroom cottage will be added. Casa del Paraiso will then be a 7 bedroom 3,500 sq ft home & cottage w/ 6 King BD (3 of which are suites/en-suites) and 1 Bunk room (that sleeps 8 kids). Both homes together will sleep 32 adults or 40 incl. kids. Two golf carts will be be avail. at the property to rent (and will be included complimentary with any 5+nt stay). If the daytime air temp doesn't get above 58 degrees or night time temp. goes below 40 degrees the pool will have a difficult time staying heated. Our goal during our remodels was for you to find yourself surrounded by luxury with a touch of fun . Every detail of these houses were intentional and planned with "dream vacation" in mind. We truly want to help you have the MOST MEMORABLE vacation that you will want to experience each year with us. You will get attention to detail that is unparalleled to others.
