What a wonderful apartment! Photos do not do it justice, it was immaculate, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom! The location is perfect, right in the middle of the old town, we did feel like a super stars sat on the balcony as it must be the most photographed view in Annecy, but just shows you what a perfect location it was. Hosts were wonderful, check in was flexible, met us downstairs and showed us round, gave recommendations for places to eat and shop etc Only thing I should add is don’t let the entry way put you off, you have to walk down a corridor down the back of a restaurant (which is a bit grim). I did worry it would be noisy at night but once the doors were shut it was lovely and quiet.

The location of this place is worth it. We were close to everything, and it was nice to be able to pop back upstairs if we need to drop something off, or grab something we forgot. The actual Airbnb was clean and well kept together. The balcony had a ton of flies and bugs but it seemed like that was the case by any sort of water there. No ones fault.
