I stayed with my family for 1 day after travelling for 6 hr. The is was nice and clean. very calm place, all basic thing is available in flat like working condition kitchen, washing machine, water purifier, clean bed sheets and towels, everything is there. The caretaker guy is also very cooperative Highly highly recommend the place for family stay and friends. I definitely looking forward to next stay

We booked this property to explore Chiplun and Guhagar. We got quick response from Sneha and helped us get all the details and caretaker Suresh’s contact. We got there late but were greeted by the wonderful Suresh who got us into the property. Welcomed by a smiling, warm and helpful caretaker was awesome after a tiring drive. It’s a beautiful old ancestral, traditional Maharashtrian home, completely renovated plus repainted. It’s an organised, clean, well planned 1BHK that could accommodate 4 people with a spacious balcony and a swing. It’s right on the main road, easy find. All the mentioned amenities worked TV, Geyser, Water filter and quintessential kitchen utensils helping us cook meals. Super markets, vegetable shops and restaurants are at a walkable distance of around 2-3 minutes. There are good restaurants near by like Hotel Abhishek. We loved our stay, would recommend anyone visiting or stopping by at Chiplun.
