Joni's place is beautiful, very stylish and importantly not at the expense of comfort! The house is perfectly situated with easy walking access to everything you need. We are definitely planning on another stay

Had an amazing 1 night stay here on a 2 day trip Whitstable. Lovely home that is very well decorated and close to Whitstable Harbour. It was pristine clean with a very comfy bed an amazing shower. Great location and in 10 mins walk of everything to see and do in Whitstable.

Great place to stay. Exactly as described. Wonderful pubs and restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance, with free local parking.

The location was good, everything walkable and the place had a lovely, relaxed feel. Plus the owners were very quick to respond when I was booking, which was very helpful as I booked with less than 24 hours notice. There were just a couple of things that could make it even better. - there was old food in the fridge that hadn’t been cleared away (though admittedly this could have been because my trip was booked so last minute!) - the shower either needs seeing to or there need to be instructions. (1) it was lukewarm at best (2) No matter what I pressed / twisted, I could only get the water to come out of the small shower head and not the larger one (3) the water did not flow away fast enough and very quickly started to go over the edge of the shower tray. This meant to avoid flooding the bathroom I had to switch the shower off, wait for the water to go down, then turn the water back on - not entirely relaxing. I’m sure it’s an easy fix though.
